Engineer Degree in Computer Science

Objective

Studies in Computer Science allow you to gain reliable knowledge and broad skills in the field of information technology, as well as software design and development. Thanks to the studies, you will also broaden your capabilities in creatively solving problems typiacally encountered in computer programming. At our university, you will gain the experience needed for comprehensive preparation for work in the IT industry. Compuer Science (on-line) is a new field of study for all students interested in acquiring knowledge in three offered specialties:

• Computer graphics and multimedia Technologies
• ICT Networks

This on-line education programme is an original and actual answer to the present-day as well as future labour market demands. The purpose of studies is to prepare well-educated and creative IT specialists. During general Computer Science courses you will:

• learn mainstream programming languages, in particular C++ and Java,
• get to know both procedural and object-oriented programming concepts,
• gain solid foundations of software engineering, internet application programming and artificial intelligence,
• acquire a knowledge of mathematical analysis, discrete mathematics and its applications in computer science,
